5/5 You were perfect. I would repeat the same transaction if I could have. 4/5 You were great but discontent with one or more items. 3/5 There were no major problems but I would not repeat the transaction. 2/5 I would not repeat a transaction with you 1/5 Major problems. I would tell everyone to stay away.
