I gave it a 4 because I wasn't too content with the items. She did tell me the guess wallet wasn't in good condition and tossed in a few items. I'm still debating whether I should use the wallet though. Also, she said the TNA jacket was a size XS, but it is really a size M. The charm bracelet was also missing stones and charms. She was ready at the time we decided on and was easy to deal with. But the items are not in the greatest of condition

She was very pleasant to deal with. Polite and was very flexible with item choices and meeting time. I was actually busy so I left my stuff outside by my door and she came by and did the transaction with no problem. The clothes were all in good condition and nicely folded. She even wrote a little note that was sweet. Great experience overall
